DELIVERY

We deliver goods throughout Ukraine.

Delivery methods:

• New Mail

• other delivery services (upon agreement)

• self-pickup (by prior arrangement)

Delivery times:

• 1 to 3 business days after shipment

• times may vary depending on region and carrier

Shipping cost:

• calculated according to the carrier's tariffs

• paid by the buyer (unless otherwise agreed)

The order is sent after the order is confirmed by the manager.

PAYMENT

We offer convenient payment methods:

• online bank card payment

• payment by details

• postpaid (cash on delivery, if available)

All payments are made in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.

After placing an order, a manager may contact you to clarify payment details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return conditions:

You have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if:

• the product was not used

• the presentation has been preserved

• packaging and accessories preserved

• there is a confirmation of purchase

❗ Goods are NOT returnable:

(if there is, add it here, for example, individual products)

• custom-made goods

• used or damaged goods due to the buyer's fault

Refund:

Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the goods:

• by bank card or other agreed method

• within 3–7 business days

Shipping costs:

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

• in case of a defect or seller's error - the seller covers the costs
